When lumber is unloaded at PLR's 4-acre, paved manufacturing site,
the inventory is entered into an industry-leading control system
and ready for processing.
Our many machine stations include:
- Woods planer with trim, up to 8"x15", 15 sorts
- Turner twin band vertical resaw
- 3 head horizontal resaw
- Auto stacker
- Moulder with 4 chop stations inline, 20 sorts
- All plastic chains and belts throughout
- Dog earing
- Package press/poly wrap

- Break bulk and container loading

PLR's certified graders and quality control supervisors provide our customers
with the care and attention required to make their value added initiatives
successful.
Finished products, lengths seperated, tagged, wrapped with dunnage attached,
are transferred to our adjoining 5-acre shipping and handling yard ready
for market.
